One-2-One Training
When I go to a client’s home for the very first time I ask: "What do you want from your dog?" Ten out of ten times the answer is: "I want him to listen to me and do as I ask." This is completely true; we all want to be able to relax on walks and not be pulled down the street!
This is why training is so important. Your dog needs to have structure in his life just as much as we do. I can help you if you are having trouble and will teach you how to teach your dog.
Getting to know your Puppy
Have you just got a new puppy and just need some advice and tips?
The first few months of your puppy’s life are the most important. This is when your puppy will learn to cope with all situations in the future. If this is not fulfilled you could be creating problems for both you and the puppy.
This short course provides you and your family with essential skills and knowledge to start introducing your new puppy to the world. We will cover common early behaviour traits in puppy's, such as biting, chewing and jumping up house training and any queries you have.
Structure: Initial consultation will include up to 2 hours chat (preferably includes the whole family) and one hour follow up lesson (2 weeks later so that you get a chance to put my advice into practice) and a follow up phone call.
Basic training: Sit/stay/down/handling/recall/name response/taking article away.
Socialisation: Other dogs/people/place.
Family relationships: Children playing/owner playing/pack order/visitors.
Safety of your puppy: Walks/home/children/places.

Getting to know your puppy: courses are £80 lasting up to 2 hours.All lesson are to be paid in advance they do not include petrol for clients that are more than 8 miles away I charge 65 pence a mile for travel expenses. I use Multimap to work out the distance.
